UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group involved 180 thousand new customers in 2018 thanks to almost thousand of different promo actions that encouraged bank’s cardholders actively paid cashless. The bank’s customers received additional benefits from cashless transactions.
Promo action engaged almost 1 million participants. 220 thousand customers were awarded various gifts, from replenishment mobile account to trips to the cinema festivals like Berlinale and Cannes.
In 2018, the bank sent 5.4 million different messages with the terms of special offers to encourage its customers for cashless payments.
